Terms of service

Memberalia provides subscription-driven access automation for creators using Discord or Telegram. Creators remain responsible for their community content, membership terms, customer support, taxes, refunds, and compliance with provider rules.

Billing

Creator membership payments are direct charges to the creator’s connected Stripe account. Memberalia bills creators separately for its fixed monthly software subscription. Memberalia charges no transaction commission. Stripe processing charges are separate. Trial access lasts 14 days from workspace creation.

Access and availability

Automated access depends on correct bot permissions and third-party service availability. Memberalia retries failed changes and periodically reconciles access. Creators must keep integrations configured and respond to reported errors.

Cancellations and deletion

Members manage subscription billing in the creator’s Stripe Customer Portal. Creator platform billing is managed separately in the Memberalia billing page. Export data and cancel active subscriptions before deleting a workspace.

Operator information

This deployment’s operator must add its legal entity details, service contact, governing terms and any required consumer information before commercial launch.
