Privacy notice

Memberalia stores the account, workspace, subscription and community identity information needed to provide paid access automation. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Memberalia.

Information we use

We store creator names and email addresses, member contact information when available, immutable Discord or Telegram IDs, subscription records, access status, and security or operational activity. Integration tokens are encrypted. Essential cookies maintain creator sessions, OAuth connections, and member checkout sessions.

Service providers and retention

Stripe handles payments, Discord and Telegram handle community access, and Resend delivers transactional email. Encrypted processed webhook payloads are removed after 30 days. Expired authentication tokens are cleaned up daily. Subscription records remain while needed to operate memberships and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your data requests

Workspace owners can export workspace data in Settings. Member records can be deleted once subscriptions are canceled and access is revoked. Contact the community creator for member data requests. Contact the deployment operator for platform privacy inquiries. Operator contact information must be configured before accepting commercial customers.

Analytics

Memberalia records first-party activation events such as connecting Stripe, publishing a plan, and acquiring a paid member. Aggregate visit and CTA counts contain no IP addresses. An encrypted first-party attribution cookie stores the first and latest campaign source, landing page and referring hostname for 30 days. It contains no cross-site advertising ID. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional acquisition collection. It does not use advertising trackers or sell member data. The operator must review applicable consent requirements before enabling attribution in a commercial deployment.
