Does Memberalia charge transaction fees?
No. Memberalia takes 0% of your membership revenue. You pay a predictable monthly software subscription.
Does Stripe still charge fees?
Yes. Stripe processing fees are separate and depend on your account, country and payment methods.
What happens when someone cancels?
Members keep access through their paid billing period. Memberalia removes access when it ends.
What happens when a payment fails?
Members get a three-day grace period to fix their payment. Successful payment restores membership; otherwise access ends.
Can I use existing Discord roles?
Yes. Choose existing membership roles below the Memberalia bot. Administrator and managed roles cannot be assigned.
Can I use Telegram channels and groups?
Yes. Add @MemberaliaBot as an administrator to your private channel or group. Select your community and we verify the permissions.
Can I cancel Memberalia anytime?
Yes. Manage your Memberalia subscription from Billing. Your members’ Stripe subscriptions are separate, so arrange continued access before closing your workspace.
